MY LORD'S APPROVAL
" Well done good and faithful servant" Matthew 25: 21 Reflection: You go to work everyday, if your lucky you get a few days off. You work hard for a living with very little reward. You often feel like nobody really cares. Your job is certainly not the most important in the world, and somebody else could probably do it better. But you still do it everyday, day in and day out. You still show up and attempt to do your best with very little recognition. I want to let you know that we should view our work as service to Jesus Christ. That's right, we should be serving our Lord, especially at work. Recognition from other people is nice, but we should long to hear above everything else, "well done good and faithful servant" You see its Christ approval that really counts. And our reward will be eternity!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Prayer: Oh Mighty God let me be Your servant, let my reward be a place at your side in Glory. Thank you that I am your servant and that my service is my reward. `THANK YOU GOD FOR BEING GOD. In Jesus Name Amen | |
